Returns and refunds

At Snobby Rare, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns for any reason, including size issues, change of mind, or preference. However, we do offer refunds for reasonable issues, such as receiving the wrong item, receiving a damaged item, or if there is a clear problem that is our fault. If you experience any of these issues, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, order number, and a photo of the issue so we can review it. If we approve your request, we will provide a refund back to your original payment method or offer another solution that works best for you.
Snobby Rare is not responsible for damage caused by customers, normal wear and tear, or mistakes made when entering the shipping address.
